Delivery Orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day by USPS or FedEx. Please allow 6-10 business days from date of shipment for delivery. For the CARDHOLDER'S SECURITY if the shipping address provided by you is different than the billing address of the cardholder we will call you, and may call your credit card company too, to verify the legitimacy of the order before shipping it. Thus the time it takes for delivery will depend on when we achieve to get in contact with you or your credit card company. To speed the verification process we expect you to give us the contact telephone of the cardholder, preferably the same the cardholder has registered with the bank that issued the credit card or the telephone listed for the cardholder's billing address. These delivery addresses may require additional shipping time and certain restrictions may apply. Please allow between 2-4 weeks for delivery. The 60 day money back guarantee only applies for one product from a customer’s first purchase. This does not include any products from the Berrysistible product line. We ask that you try the product for at least 4 weeks before you make a judgment of its results. We believe that 60 days is a sufficient amount of time to notice improvements. We regret that the original shipping costs and return freight charges cannot be refunded. Furthermore, we will deduct $9 for each item returned to cover processing costs. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results of our product, we will honor the terms of the guarantee as we just stated and refund your money for the cost of one product (minus $9 for return processing) only if you are purchasing from us for the first time.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Orders cannot be cancelled once they've been placed. This policy cannot be contested for any reason even if you’ve changed your mind after making the purchase in haste or if your doctor has advised you to use some other procedure. Orders may be changed for a different product ONLY if the original order has not been shipped yet.
Duty & Taxes
If you are purchasing our products from any other country than the USA, you are purchasing our products for direct import into your country and for your personal use. It is your responsibility for paying any entry permits (or provide them if necessary and work with the carrier to clear customs), for customs duty, value added tax, or any other taxes or charges imposed by the relevant authorities in the country where you live. If the package is delivered without you paying those charges, we will pay them on your behalf and will charge your credit card accordingly, plus $5 for processing costs, unless you settle the bill with the carrier within 15 days. If entry is refused by your country's authority or if you do not collaborate with the carrier, claim and pay the duty levied by your country and abandon the parcel you are not entitled to a refund. * This does not include orders shipped to addresses within the United States of America.
Signature Request Policy
All orders over $100 that are sent with FedEx have a signature request upon delivery to protect our customer's merchandise. If you don’t want to sign for your package regardless of its value and assume responsibility after the package has been delivered, please contact one of our customer service representatives by phone 1-800-368-6693 or email email@example.com. You can also decline the signature request when you place an order online by writing it in the comment field.
If you are entitled to a refund of the price of the merchandise, follow these steps to ensure your refund is handled correctly. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-800-368-6693 within 60 days of the date of your purchase commenting on why you are not satisfied with the product (this is valuable feedback for us). We will email you a return number and the address where you need to send the unused product and/or empty jars within 3 business days. Pack the item(s) securely and write the return number, which was sent to you by email, on the outside of your package as well as inside the package with your product. This will ensure that the product is received and processed correctly. When returning the merchandise, use a traceable carrier such us USPS, UPS, or FedEx that have the option of certified delivery. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Keep a record of the method and date of your return shipment as we will not be responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us. Once we receive the item(s), we will promptly process the refund. Please allow 10-12 business days for your refund of the cost of the merchandise (minus $9 for return processing) to be made.
• If you send your returned product to any other address than the one received by email OR without previously requesting a return number, your order WILL NOT be refunded.
• If you've requested a refund and have not received a response from us, it might be because you're using a free e-mail account with hotmail, yahoo, excite or the like. Sometimes these types of email accounts are temporarily disabled if you do not use them regularly, your e-mail box is full or the response was filtered into your spam box, which are all reasons for not receiving a response. If we receive an undeliverable message or if we get a repeat e-mail from you concerning the return of your order, we will call you. • Our money back guarantee is only for genuine customers who wish to give the BIO skincare products a try. It is not intended for those few who wish to try to abuse or take advantage of our generosity. Attempted abuse will not be tolerated.
Re-shipping and Re-delivery Policy
Merchandise will be shipped back to our warehouse for the following reasons: 1. The merchandise was sent by Express delivery and it cannot be delivered by the carrier after only two attempts because there is nobody at your address. 2. If nobody is at your address to receive the shipment from UPS, FEDEX or any other carrier and sign for it, and you are unable or unwilling to pick up the package from the carrier's office after delivery has been attempted. If we need to re-ship an order because there was no one to receive the package or the address was incorrect on your part, a charge of $6.00 plus the cost of re-shipping (if applicable) will be charged to your credit card. If you do not want the merchandise to be redelivered to you, we will deduct from your refund the cost of shipping by the same original shipping method (Standard or Express) for the expense of shipping the product back to our warehouse, plus $6 for processing the return. We will not accept your refusal of the package because delivery by the carrier is late, and we will not refund your order.
It is your responsibility to check the product(s) upon receipt and to inform us by calling 1-800-368-6693 or 1-702-947-0567 within 24 hours if you have any claims regarding damaged products.

Disclaimer: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for items confirmed shipped by us through USPS or confirmed delivered by FedEx. We advise you request Signature Confirmation (fee applies) by email or phone if you have concerns about your shipping destinations security. Please consider shipping to a PO box, or contact your post office to hold packages when concerned. We advise you do not ship to an office location, college dormitories or any location where there is high traffic and packages are left unattended, for your own protection. Buyer is responsible for all items shipped. Insurance will not cover items confirmed delivered since proof of delivery exists. If your name is not registered at the place your order is shipped too, please inform the location to expect your package and leave a note for the carrier & contact your post office. If you have a concern about your delivery location, please contact us and request signature confirmation. We will gladly provide you with this option if you contact us via phone or email. A small fee will apply. We track all items at our expense in order to provide you with verification of delivery. Delivery location is specified by the customer and at their own risk if not a secure residence mailbox or personal location. We recommend using a secure address always. Notice: Mail fraud & theft are considered a Federal Offense: Any suspicion of mail theft or fraudulent claims will be pursued by an investigation & prosecution.
