<p> Most experts suggest that you wait until your baby is at least 2 months old before starting a routine. </p>
<p> However, you can teach them the difference between day and night much earlier. </p>
<p> A short walk around the block at sunset is really good for gradually adjusting your newborn's body clock. Ten minutes of fresh air when the light begins to fade can work wonders! </p>
<p> Change them again in the morning and do something active as if you were carrying them around with you. </p>
<p> You will soon begin to combine dark sky with nativity and brightness with activity and thus lay the foundation for your future sleep routine. </p>
