Why peeling is necessary in winter

Padded, smooth, well-peeled skin is something that most people associate with summer beauty routines – but with harsh weather conditions and blunt cells, winter is the perfect time to get the polish out.

Why?

In the colder months, the humidity drops with the temperature and there is literally less water in the air.

Although cell turnover does not really slow down in the winter months, skin cells die faster when they become dehydrated.

Cold, dry air combined with temporary bursts of hot, dry air (central heating) sucks the moisture out of the cells and leaves the skin feeling firm, dull and sometimes flaky – not ideal for demonstration under the mistletoe!

Very gentle, regular peeling lifts these dead cells off the surface to expose the healthy skin underneath.

This not only results in lighter skin, it is also more pleasant, absorbs your products better and looks much smoother under the make-up.

Our Kukui & Jojoba Bead Skin Brightening Peeling is perfect for skin that is normally too sensitive to be exfoliated.

The perfectly cylindrical jojoba pearls in the heart of our innovative micro-sphere system roll gently over the skin and remove dead cells and surface contaminants without scratching the healthy skin cells underneath.

High conditioning Omegas 3 & 6 and Vitamins A & E block moisture and immediately moisturize and illuminate your new complexion.

For the ultimate flare-up, I love to follow my peeling by massaging a few drops of rose hip organic regeneration oil into the skin. I guarantee that you will glow the next day!
